Our hospice care unit is designed to focus on the care, comfort, and quality of life of your loved one. We employ a team of people with special skills — among them nurses, doctors, social workers, spiritual advisors, and trained volunteers.

MEMORY CARE

Memory care at Lakehouse provides specialized, compassionate support – both short- and long-term – for loved ones with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or related cognitive conditions.

RESPITE CARE

At Lakehouse, respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, enabling them to take a much-needed break from the demands of caregiving.
