Emery

My aunt attended the Adult Day Program for 5 years. She stayed in the transitional care unit after sustaining a fall and another time for pneumonia. During her final days she was transferred there and enrolled in Hospice. The team was beyond compassionate and treated my aunt with dignity and respect throughout each of her stays. She ended up passing surrounded by family and staff who knew and deeply cared for her. This place is the perfect mix of complex care knowledgeable nurses and a family/patient centered care plan. I am forever thankful.
