Method Rehab, a division of Lakehouse, is re-imagining the rehab experience for a new generation of older adults. Our goal is to never say, “No, you can’t,” but always, “How can we help you get there?” Our doctors of physical therapy want to help our patients sustain their independence, thrive in their environment, and have a voice in their wellness journey.
Method Rehab was born through a passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care for older adults no matter where they live or what their financial situation is. Our team will find a Method to treat the whole person through every stage of life.
TRANSITIONAL CARE FOR MEMORY CARE
At Lakehouse, we know that patience and understanding for those with memory disorders is an essential component of the rehabilitation success. Our transitional care for memory care program is one of only five in the state, and is designed to provide physical rehabilitation, while simultaneously providing emotional support and care for those with memory challenges. Many of our transitional care residents are home-based or based out of assisted living facilities, and come to Lakehouse to enjoy the unique transitional care experience we offer, while returning to their respective homes afterwards.
